The Noosa Jazz Festival will be held across various venues within Noosa Heads, Queensland. Our main location is the Festival Village, Lions park Noosa Heads.

How far is Noosa from the Gold Coast and Brisbane?

Noosa is approximately a 2.5hour drive from the Gold Coast and just a 1.5hour drive from Brisbane. The closest airport to Noosa is Maroochydore Airport (Sunshine Coast) which is just a 30min drive away.

Is there camping available at the festival?

 No, unfortunately there are no camping facilities available at the festival.

Where can I find the program and information about the artists?

Playing schedules are normally released closer to the festival each year.  You can visit the artist page on our website to see who is playing.

Is there parking available onsite?

 There will be very limited parking available around the festival so it is recommended that you either walk from your accommodation or take a local bus. The Noosa Ferry is also available and convenient to many of the Festival venues, view Noosa Ferry timetable.

Am I allowed to bring a camera to the Festival?

Small still cameras are of course permitted. Please do not bring cameras with professional telephoto lenses, video cameras or audio recording devices to the Festival.

Can I bring my own seating?

Yes you are welcome to bring your own seating to the Festival Village however for your comfort we also have seats in the main stage area.

What facilities are there for disabled people?

Vehicle access will be all existing disabled parking bays along Hastings St and near Festival Village.

Can we bring food or drinks to the festival?

The Festival Village is a licensed premises.  There will be bars and food stalls available.

Can I refill my water bottle on site?

Yes, there are water taps for filling up water bottles.

Can I come to the Festival if I am under the age of 18?

Persons under 18 years are permitted to come to the festival but should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Is there a dress code?

No, you can wear what you like however comfortable shoes and warm clothes for night are advisable.

Are dogs or other animals allowed on the festival site?

No, with the exception of Guide or disability dogs.

What happens if it rains?

We play rain or shine so if it's looking like it is going to rain, please bring some wet weather gear. The festival village main stage and lounge stage are under cover.
