Noosa JazzNoosa Jazz Festival

The Noosa Jazz Festival is an iconic Queensland music event, celebrating jazz of all genres, alternate pop and progressive music. Enjoy four great days of music, gourmet local food and Spring time weather in the beautiful seaside town of Noosa, at the 2012 Noosa Jazz Festival.

Now into its 21st year, the festival is recognised as one of Noosa’s premier cultural events and one of Australia’s most popular jazz industry gatherings.

In 2012, the Noosa Jazz Festival will offer a stellar lineup of musicians from all genres of jazz music, from traditional to modern funk and blues, alternate pop and progressive. The official program will be released soon.

Some of the events planned for the four days of the Festival include the popular Tastings on Hastings, the original Noosa long lunch. This event sees Hastings Street turned into a pop-up restaurant for 500 guests, who are wined, dined and entertained by a roving stage of jazz musicians and buskers. This will feature alongside many other much-loved Festival events, including the Legends Lunches, daily jazz river cruises, Jazz in the Woods, large open air concerts, Bicentennial Hall, and small intimate venue performances.
